I have added some long-range and short-range goals in the right-hand sidebar. My short-range goals are:
- To get below 182lbs - acheived on Cabbage Soup Diet
- To lose 14 lbs
- To lose 10% of my starting weight
- To go down a clothes size
And my long-range goal is:
I have other goals but I don't want to scare myself silly with a "to do list" that's miles long, so I'll add a couple more items when I've ticked off a couple of these. And I'll reward myself whenever I reach one.
